INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATTESTATIONS

Individual Student Health Attestation (QUICK TASK FOR YOU :-) We must collect from EVERY family a health attestation showing you understand the elements we are all watching for each day before children are sent to school. If not, it takes one minute to read and one minute to complete and submit the form acknowledging that you have read this over. Even if you are not sure whether you did, go ahead and submit again and we will sort through the info. Thank you for taking two minutes right now to complete this. TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS

Parents have the right to request their students' teachers' professional qualifications. For this specific information, please contact Mrs. Maurene Stanton, email: mstanton@stanwood.wednet.edu or call 360-629-1200.
While schools are closed, the Stanwood Camano School District is committed to providing access to the nutrition children need.  Free grab-n-go meals are available to all children ages 0 - 18 at Twin City Elementary, Elger Bay Elementary, Cedarhome Elementary and Stanwood Middle Schools, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Beginning today, Monday, March 23rd, the transportation department began remote meal drop off at two additional Stanwood Sites and 6 additional Camano Island Sites.  Please see the District’s website for specific locations and times.  No paperwork is required and children do not need to be enrolled in the Stanwood Camano School District to participate.
